Last time I rode in a yellow cab from the airport, got in an argument with the driver over driving safely and he dropped me off abandoned in burien. Not to mention the lose your lunch queasy feeling from being driven by a lead foot. It’s okay, an uber showed up to rescue me in less than 5 minutes. #neveragain

Kudos to Greg for drawing these great ideas out and for welcoming the “raw and unfiltered” creativity of the students. As you mention Greg, by adulthood so many of our creative impulses have been squashed out of us that we settle for a new iteration of the same old-same old. creativity is going to be the name of the game for this new generation. Thanks again for sharing your expertise Greg!

So true. Focus on motivated people and understand their motivations. Many think “no” is negative…it’s really a positive if there isn’t hope to close. You are right to be sensitive to feeling this out early.
